As CEO/President of GlacisTech and 25+ years of industry experience in the Information Services & Technology sector, Greg Murff is the driving force behind a business dedicated to establishing robust IT solutions for SMB clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Greg's success stems not only from his industry expertise and passion for technology but in his innate ability to establish long-term customer relationships based on trust and dependability.
When not at the office, Greg enjoys time with his family, playing golf, and is an avid reader. He's involved in Children Advocacy support and loves dogs. Former military and alumni of a small, rural high school with ten peers, Greg combines the personality and familiarity of knowing every client on a first-name, small-town-charm basis with his vast experience, accolades, and certifications of IT technology for each client and considers them more partners and friends than clients.
Shawn Kruse serves as Chief Transformation Officer at GlacisTech, where he is the primary technical authority and strategic leader, guiding organizations through technology modernization, digital transformation, and the adoption of AI and automation. With more than 28 years of experience in Information Technology, including 20 years in the managed services sector, Shawn is widely recognized as a go-to expert for solving complex technical challenges and helping businesses successfully integrate emerging technologies through well-defined, forward-looking IT and automation roadmaps.
A natural problem-solver, Shawn brings deep expertise across the full IT spectrum, including AI-driven solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, network and infrastructure architecture, mobility solutions, and data protection. He plays a critical role in aligning technology investments with business objectives, leveraging proven frameworks such as NIST and CIS security controls, cloud adoption models, and lifecycle-based infrastructure planning to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and operationally resilient. His approach blends hands-on technical execution with strategic planning, enabling organizations to modernize efficiently, adopt AI and automation technologies, and reduce risk and technical debt.
Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University and maintains advanced certifications from leading technology vendors. His leadership is defined by analytical rigor, innovation, and a commitment to practical, results-driven solutions. Outside of work, Shawn enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors. He loves watching sports events and staying active through golf and tennis.
